上证报中国证券网讯（记者 王子霖）近日，惠州亿纬锂能股份有限公司与上海祺鲲信息科技有限公司（以下简称“祺鲲科技”）共同打造的绿电溯源项目（VPPA）成功落地。绿电溯源是利用数字技术锁定可再生能源电站的绿色权益，通过实时可查的电站追溯系统，保证绿色用能的真实可追溯性及绿色权益的唯一性，确保产品使用的环境权益满足《欧盟电池和废电池法规》对产品环境足迹（PEF）的要求。公开信息显示，去年颁布的《欧盟电池和废电池法规》对出口涉及欧盟的动力电池企业提出了更为严格的合规要求，其绿色能源部分的核心要求主要有两点：一是绿色用能的真实可追溯性；二是绿色权益的唯一性以避免重复计算问题，并且以上两点需要获得第三方权威机构的审计认定。据了解，德勤作为“四大”国际会计师事务所之一，将为该项目提供第三方鉴证服务，并出具权威性的鉴证报告，满足国际高标准合规的独立审计要求，以最大确定性保证亿纬锂能动力电池产品出口欧盟的合
